Important Info for VISION Hi-Tech Training and Expo 2026 Conference
As important updates are announced, you will find them here!
To have a smooth and seamless registration process. Please have your registration QR code either ready on your phone or printed on paper. The QR code from your registration is how you will gain access into VISION.
QR Codes will be sent to attendees a week before the conference.
Your handouts for the VISION 2026 Hi-Tech Training & Expo are now available in the mobile app!
How to Access Your Handouts:
On the Mobile App:
- Open the VISION 2025 mobile app.
- Navigate to the menu and select “YOUR HANDOUTS & CLASS SURVEYS.”
- You’ll see your list of courses – each session includes a PDF handout link.
On Desktop:
- Go to https://link.visionkc.com/2025VISIONmobileapp
- Log in to the Attendee Service Center using the credentials below.
- Once logged in, navigate to “YOUR HANDOUTS & CLASS SURVEYS.”
Important Reminder:
We recommend downloading your handouts before arriving as some files may take longer to download onsite. Also, be sure to bring a laptop or tablet for easy access during sessions. If you do not see a handout for one of your classes, then your handout will be distributed in class. Handout links will expire on March 14th.

VISION will only have shuttle service for the following hotels and locations: Marriott, DoubleTree, Embassy Suites, JCCC, AE Tools, and Training Umbrella. Below are their individual shuttle schedules.
Marriott Shuttle Schedule
Service every 10-15 minutes
DoubleTree Shuttle Schedule
Service every 20 minutes
Embassy Suites Shuttle Schedule
Morning service provided by Embassy Suites Hotel. Check with Front Desk. Evening shuttle runs every 20 minutes. Be sure to tell shuttle driver you are at Embassy Suites.
Like our past events, the 2026 VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo will fill the Overland Park Convention Center with wall-to-wall exhibits by the top automotive vendors. Between training sessions, you can set your sights on the Expo Hall for more opportunities to upgrade your business and equipment.
Across that space, products and services galore are on display, offering many amazing ways to improve your automotive repair shop. Plenty of networking opportunities are available as well, so every aspect of your VISION experience will be packed with knowledge, connections, and fun.
VISION 2026 Silent Auction & 50/50 Raffle
Calling all automotive enthusiasts and industry leaders! The Midwest Auto Care Alliance Technicians of Tomorrow Educational Foundation (TTEF) is thrilled to announce the return of our silent auction fundraiser at the 2026 VISION event.
The Silent Auction and 50/50 Raffle is an opportunity to support the next generation of automotive professionals. Available to the public, people can bid on exclusive VISION auction items and the 50/50 raffle, where all proceeds will go to the Technicians of Tomorrow Educational Foundation.
