VISION 2025 is being held at the Overland Park Convention Center, located at 6000 College Blvd, Overland Park, KS 66211

We will not be offering a spouse program for the 2025 VISION event.

VISION will be providing shuttles from the Convention Center to and from the DoubleTree by Hilton and Marriot Overland Park hotels, as well as training classes held off-site. There will not be any shuttles to and from the airport. More details on shuttle times and information coming soon.

VISION is utilizing several hotels for conference attendees. Please refer to the hotels page for the latest information. Securing a hotel reservation will be completed during the registration process. Hotel reservations will not be done separately like it has in past years. For your convenience you can complete your hotel reservation within your VISION attendee reservation. You must be registered for the conference to secure a reservation in the Sheraton, Hilton, Holiday Inn, DoubleTree by Hilton, or Courtyard Marriot and Marriot Overland Park hotels.
Yes, conference attendees will get a certificate upon completion of the registered courses. The certificates will be distributed shortly after the VISION event with the total hours and course listings.
The selected courses that are being recorded will be available only to MWACA members through the ACA app. To become a MWACA member, visit mwaca.org and join today.
In 2025, we will again be providing handouts in digital format. Attendees should come to the conference with either a laptop or tablet so that you can access the handouts through the VISION mobile app.

Full refunds will be granted, less a $50 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing by January 31, 2025. No refunds will be granted after January 31, 2025. Name substitutions/registration transfers will be accepted for free anytime.
