Upon becoming an exhibitor at VISION, you’ll have a chance to make your brand stand out with a winning booth design.
After selecting your ideal booth size, you’ll need to decide where to set up in the exhibit hall. You can view the floorplan to see the layout, then select your desired spot from all the available spaces.
To get a premium spot, you’ll need to sign up as early as possible. Just remember that returning exhibitors get priority in the selection process. There are no extra charges for end or corner booths, so let us know where you’d like to be.
The process starts with the selection of your ideal booth size. Basic booths are 10’ x 10’, giving you plenty of space to showcase your automotive products and services. All other size booths are multiples of 10’ x 10’.
Want to set up a demo car or other large-scale display? Just let us know, and we’ll get you into a much bigger space.
Once that’s squared away, you have to design your ideal booth set-up and get your items ready for the four-day event. Think big as you brand your booth to instantly capture the attention of all the automotive service professionals in your midst.
Vivid signage, equipment displays, and even live-car demos are great ways to bring your brand to life for auto technicians, service advisors, shop foremen, and owners.
