Gladstone, MO – April 2, 2025 – The 2025 VISION Hi-Tech Training and Expo hosted an incredible lineup of keynote speakers who captivated the audience, offering insights, inspiration, and actionable strategies for automotive service professionals. From business tips to customer experience and motivational stories, these speakers helped reset and refocus attendees, ensuring they left the event more empowered and ready to take action in their own businesses.

The opening general session kicked off with Marcus Lemonis, entrepreneur and star of The Profit. Marcus shared his unmatched business expertise and powerful insights on efficiency and strategy, offering automotive service professionals new perspectives and practical takeaways to implement in their businesses immediately.

Brittany Hodak, an award-winning entrepreneur and customer experience expert, followed up during the Friday Power Summit Lunch keynote. She focused on creating “Superfans” – deeply engaged customers who become advocates for your business. Her dynamic presentation encouraged attendees to think differently about customer interactions and discover the key to long-lasting loyalty.

On Saturday, Jon Dorenbos, a former NFL star turned world-class magician, delivered an unforgettable keynote filled with resilience, inspiration, and mind-blowing magic. Jon’s personal story of overcoming adversity, paired with his contagious positive mindset, inspired attendees to approach both their personal and professional lives with a renewed sense of purpose.

The event was expertly guided by emcee Aaron O’Brien, and his energetic presence added a layer of excitement and engagement to each session, keeping attendees energized throughout the event.

The keynote speakers at VISION are carefully chosen to motivate and challenge the audience in ways that traditional training sessions may not. “Having a keynote speaker at VISION is a critical part of the experience. Not only do they provide key insights on important topics, but they also help reset the mindset of our attendees, encouraging them to leave with a fresh perspective and renewed energy,” said Sheri Hamilton, Conference Manager of VISION. “Each speaker we select is chosen based on their ability to inspire and deliver relevant, impactful content that resonates with the unique needs of our automotive professionals.”

VISION’s keynote sessions played a crucial role in driving the event’s success by engaging the audience, providing valuable insights, and motivating professionals to return to their businesses ready to take action. The 2026 event will be held March 5-8, 2026 back at the Overland Park Convention Center in Overland Park, Kansas.
