Gladstone, MO – March 26, 2026 – The 2026 VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo featured an inspiring lineup of keynote speakers who energized and motivated automotive service professionals from across the country and beyond. Through powerful storytelling, leadership insights, and practical strategies, this year’s speakers challenged attendees to think bigger, lead stronger, and bring renewed purpose back to their businesses and teams.
The Opening General Session featured Setema Gali Jr., global keynote speaker, elite trainer, best-selling author, and NFL Super Bowl Champion. Known for his direct and transformational coaching style, Setema delivered a powerful message on leadership, discipline, and creating results across the four domains of life: physical, spiritual, relational, and financial. His presentation encouraged attendees to challenge their limits, take ownership of their growth, and pursue excellence both personally and professionally. During the Friday Power Summit Management Lunch, attendees heard from Jeff Salzenstein, former world-class tennis professional, entrepreneur, and success coach. Drawing from his experience competing at the highest levels of professional tennis—including Wimbledon, the U.S. Open, and the French Open—Jeff shared insights on mental resilience, leadership, and sustaining high performance under pressure. Through his Zone of Excellence framework, Jeff provided attendees with practical tools to manage stress, prevent burnout, and redefine success in both business and life. The Friday Power Summit keynote and lunch was made possible through the support of Shop Marketing Pros, DRIVE, and Federated Insurance.
Returning as emcee, Aaron O’Brien once again brought energy, humor, and thoughtful perspective to the VISION stage. Seamlessly blending comedy with meaningful moments, Aaron helped guide attendees through the conference experience while keeping audiences engaged and energized throughout the event.
The keynote speakers at VISION are intentionally selected to complement the event’s extensive technical and management training. “Keynote sessions are a critical part of the VISION experience,” said Sheri Hamilton, Conference Manager of VISION. “They give attendees the opportunity to step back from the day-to-day demands of running a shop and focus on leadership, mindset, and personal growth. Our goal is for every attendee to leave feeling inspired, motivated, and ready to take action when they return home.”
VISION’s keynote sessions played an important role in creating a dynamic and memorable conference experience, giving attendees fresh perspectives and the motivation to continue growing as leaders within the automotive service industry. The 2027 event will be held March 4 – 7, 2027 back at the Overland Park Convention Center in Overland Park, Kansas.
