Gladstone, MO – April 2, 2026 – The Midwest Auto Care Alliance (MWACA) proudly presented the 2026 President’s Award to Jim Wilson of AutoDynamics during the VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo, recognizing his extraordinary service, long-standing dedication, and lasting impact on the automotive service industry.
The MWACA President’s Award is one of the organization’s highest honors, recognizing individuals whose contributions extend far beyond expectations—shaping not only programs and events, but the strength, culture, and future of the association.
For more than two decades, Wilson has been a cornerstone of VISION’s educational programming. Since 2002, he has trained each year at the conference, impacting generations of automotive professionals through his commitment to high-quality education and technical excellence. His influence spans from entry-level technicians to seasoned professionals, making him a trusted and respected voice within the industry.
As an allied member of MWACA, Wilson has demonstrated exceptional service to the association. He has delivered training for local chapters throughout the region and served on the VISION Training Committee, helping guide the development and quality of the conference’s educational offerings.
One of Wilson’s most notable contributions is his Diagnostics 101 session, which has become a staple at VISION—regularly drawing more than 100 attendees. His ability to consistently deliver relevant, practical, and impactful training has earned him a reputation for excellence and reliability among attendees and peers alike.
Beyond the classroom, Wilson is known for his unwavering willingness to support the industry whenever needed. Whether stepping in to cover sessions at the last minute or ensuring attendees receive the training they came for, his dedication and dependability have made a lasting difference in the success of VISION and MWACA.
