VISION Mobile App
We’re thrilled to share some exciting news that will take your VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo experience to the next level! We’ve launched our mobile app designed to seamlessly connect you with all things VISION.
The FREE VISION 2026 mobile app is a required tool in your VISION arsenal this year. It will be your go-to reference to help you navigate the VISION campus, find your class schedules, connect with other attendees, view exhibitor profiles and show specials, and much, much more. Get ready to elevate your VISION experience with the mobile app!
The VISION mobile app has been launched! Download below or look up “visionkc” in your app store today.
There is a limited version of the VISION mobile app via desktop. It will be the same as your attendee service center*
There will not be a challenge board this year.

Accessing Handouts
on the Mobile App
On the Mobile App:
- Open the VISION 2026 mobile app.
- Navigate to the menu and select “YOUR HANDOUTS & CLASS SURVEYS.”
- You’ll see your list of courses – each session includes a PDF handout link.

on the Desktop
On Desktop:
- Go to your Attendee Service Center
- Log in to the Attendee Service Center using the credentials sent to your email.
- Once logged in, navigate to “YOUR HANDOUTS & CLASS SURVEYS.”
Important Reminder:
We recommend downloading your handouts before arriving as some files may take longer to download onsite. Also, be sure to bring a laptop or tablet for easy access during sessions. If you do not see a handout for one of your classes, then your handout will be distributed in class. Handout links will expire on March 14th.

Conference Shuttle Service
VISION will only have shuttle service for the following hotels and locations: Marriott, Drury Inn, JCCC, AE Tools, and Aspiria, and Andretti Indoor Karting. Below are their individual shuttle schedules.
