VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo Exhibitor FAQs

Your company can highlight a new product or service for free as an exhibitor!  Your product will be featured in the physical showcase outside the expo hall and in the mobile app.  You can submit your product via the exhibitor toolkit (available December 2023).

Yes.  Everyone, whether an attendee or exhibitor, is required to have a badge when entering the Expo Hall.  If you do not have a badge, please visit the registration desk.

There are multiple sponsorship opportunities still available which will put your company front and center in front of all VISION attendees.  At VISION we highly value our sponsors and will got the extra mile to ensure that you meet your objectives and ROI.  Contact Sheri Hamilton for more information: sheri@visionkc.com

Thursday’s Hi-Tech Tool Expo is a smaller and focused exhibit area that provides additional time for attendees to research and purchase diagnostic tools, equipment, and services. Only exhibitors that are participating in the full Expo will have an opportunity to purchase exhibit space in the HiTech Tool Expo. Space is limited so act quickly.

The exhibitor profile, located in your exhibitor toolkit, will be used to complete your profile in the VISION mobile app.  Think of it as your virtual storefront for all VISION attendees.  You can use it to highlight your company’s strengths, explain why you’re different, showcase interesting products and services and much more.  We will also link it internally to all of your show specials, new product showcase items and sponsorships, so attendees can see everything that you’re a part of.

Absolutely!  We are accepting donations of items – 100% of donations go to the Technicians of Tomorrow Educational Foundation, which provides scholarships to students pursuing a career in the automotive service industry.  All items will be featured in our online bidding platform.  Your donation can either be brought to the show, or shipped directly to the winning bidder.
