Volunteer at the 2025 VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo

The VISION Hi-Tech Training and Expo is put on by the non-profit organization known as MWACA. The MWACA association is built by the support and efforts produced by volunteers. This volunteer need carries over into the VISION conference, where volunteers play a important role in producing the event that leaves attendees walking away feeling motivated, inspired, and confident in their automotive skills.

"The very best way to help yourself and your community is by becoming an active volunteer."

Thanks for your interest in supporting the 2025 VISION Hi-Tech Training and Expo!
This year’s event takes place in Kansas City from, March 6-9, 2025.

We are thrilled to open this opportunity to allow our dedicated attendees to become a part of the experience. Whether it’s your first time volunteering, or you have supported us previously, we’re glad you’re here.

"Volunteering is at the core of being a human. No one has made it through life without the help of someone else."

Why Volunteer at VISION?

VISION volunteers can receive a complimentary 4-day power pass if they are approved and can commit to the 10-hour volunteer time-commitment. Volunteers who make and fulfill this commitment will receive access to the event (training sessions, meals, etc.) outside of assigned volunteer shifts.

Our standard volunteer time commitment is 10 hours across the event. Volunteers who pledge to fulfill the standard time commitment will have access to the event content when it DOES NOT conflict with their assigned shifts. If everyone fulfills their volunteer service, there is plenty of time outside of shifts to enjoy the event!

VISION volunteers gain access to the behind the scenes efforts that create the highly anticipated and widely loved conference. As a VISION volunteer, you get to be a part of the crew that creates that experience for each attendee.

All VISION volunteers bring a few key qualities and skill sets to support the event that may include:

  • Comfort with high visibility and attendee interaction

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Event experience

  • Flexibility

  • Professionalism

  • Passion for the Automotive Industry
